"Crazed Cats are enhanced versions of the Normal Cats from Empire of Cats. At the same level, Crazed Cats always have better stats compared to their Normal Cat counterparts. Not only health and attack power, but the Crazed Cats also have other statistics as well, such as additional abilities, speed or reduced summoning costs."

This ranking does NOT use the same methodology that’s used throughout this document for ubers. The standard and balance is drastically different than ubers due to them being free units acquired and true formed around early game.
It’s also worth saying that the letter grades for this tier list is not proportional to the uber lists. A unit ranking C tier on this list does NOT mean they rank C tier on the uber list, these cats are being distributed in a vacuum.
The general idea of this tier list is that Crazed cats will be ranked by their usefulness across the entire game. This includes all portions from Early to Post game.Â
Across early to mid game, Crazed Cats are evaluated at level 40. From UL and beyond, they are evaluated at level 50.
Combos are accounted for. However, uber rare combos will not be accounted since Battle Cats is designed specifically to be played uberless.
Crazed Moneko and any other "Crazed" cat are not included as acquiring them does not contribute to unlocking Manic stages nor are they needed to fulfill the requirements for Crazed and Manic meow medals.

The latest ranking video I uploaded to YouTube for these cats. The tier list above is the most accurate and recent ranking.
A meatshield identical to Cat but with significantly faster speed. A strong pick for stalling bosses like Hermit, Yulala, and Jagando.
https://battlecats.miraheze.org/wiki/Crazed_Cat_(Super_Rare_Cat)
A beefy meatshield with similarly high HP to Tank cat except with higher speed. Renowed for being one of the best meatshields and one of the most versatile units, surviving at least one hit from many enemies.
https://battlecats.miraheze.org/wiki/Crazed_Tank_Cat_(Super_Rare_Cat)
A melee attacker with high spammability and DPS, but poor HP, survivability, and is extremely cash draining. Only qualities are being an early UL Oldhorn counter and having a money combo.
https://battlecats.miraheze.org/wiki/Crazed_Axe_Cat_(Super_Rare_Cat)
A mid-ranger that creates wave attacks to chip enemies across the field and clear out small peons. Is extremely cost efficient, but offense falls off later game when better forms of chip are acquired.
https://battlecats.miraheze.org/wiki/Crazed_Gross_Cat_(Super_Rare_Cat)
A rusher with extremely fast speed and rapid attacks, clearing out peons fast and reaching the frontline immediately for defense. Convenient for farming and useful on some boss stages.
https://battlecats.miraheze.org/wiki/Crazed_Cow_Cat_(Super_Rare_Cat)
A melee attacker with extremely high DPS and superior range compared to Normal counterpart. Even then, range is too low for most stages. Has a below average research combo.
https://battlecats.miraheze.org/wiki/Crazed_Bird_Cat_(Super_Rare_Cat)
A melee tank with good HP, damage, and significantly better mobility than Normal counterpart by being cheap with good speed. Has strong against Red, though stats overall fall off in later game.
https://battlecats.miraheze.org/wiki/Crazed_Fish_Cat_(Super_Rare_Cat)
A backliner with high stats in HP and damage, being a powerful stackable attacker alongside Normal counterpart on mid-game stages. Has slightly higher range to outrange Yulala and Le'noir. Outclassed by LKD in end game.
https://battlecats.miraheze.org/wiki/Crazed_Lizard_Cat_(Super_Rare_Cat)
A melee tank with high HP and damage. Has the chance to create a powerful wave attack across the field. Stats fall off in later game as better melee options are acquired.

"Why is Crazed Cow so high? They're expensive with low damage and outclassed by Rock."
The main reason Crazed Cow is so high is because most of the other Crazed cats are not good anymore. The next best options being Crazed Cat and Crazed Fish are often overshadowed by better units which goes for most of the other placements. While it is true that Cow is outclassed by Rock in serious stages, Cow has the unique leverage of being one of the best rush units even today with clearing tiny peons and speed. This factor of convenience is enough to put Cow above the other Crazed who don't have any sort of leverage. Cow is also strong alongside Rock on Yulala stages.
"Why is Crazed Gross so low? Aren't they a cost effective peon clearer with great synergy?"
Gross used to be one of the best Crazed since their wave attack was incredibly unique. But in the modern meta, Slime cat completely outclasses Crazed Gross as a wave chipper, peon clearer, and cost effective attacker which leaves Gross to rot in early-mid game content exclusively.
"How is Crazed Titan worse than Crazed Axe?"
Both are horrible units with next to no usage. Axe has the quality of a money combo which is used in quite a few cheese strategies. Titan has no good uberless combos (his uber combos aren't notable even if we did account them).
"Why is Crazed Cat so high? He's just a somewhat fast meatshield that gets beaten by tankier meatshields later."
Crazed Cat is still the optimal choice on stages like Floor 30 and 40, but Crazed Cat notably has a tech where you can pair his first form with Manic Eraser to even out their speed, then alternate their spawn pattern to get an incredibly strong meatshield flow. This strategy completely annihilates Jagando and was also used as the main form of stalling in Super Hyppoh before Jetpack existed.
