“Why is Dark Kasli above Phonoa?”

TL:DR Dasli is better because she matches almost all of Phono’s capabilities while going beyond with her surge damage uptime, better synergy, curse, bulk, and anti-traitless.
"Why is Luna higher than most of the generalist Fests? Aren't Dasli, Phonoa, and Dark Phono more versatile?"
Paradoxically, Luna is a generalist with how often her 4 traits being Red, Alien, Zombie, and Relic appear throughout the game and in critical stages. This is best seen across the current hardest stages, nearly all of which feature her traits. This gives her significant leverage above the other Fests mentioned in the top 10 while still being exceedingly dominant across starred UL and becoming more relevant as ZL gives her more favorable stage lineups. One idea to note is that Luna is not just viable, but strong on any stage where a main threat is her trait. Even on stages that have traits like Angels or Aku, these are usually supported with a trait that Luna targets which creates viability.
"Why is Dark Lunos higher than light Lunos? Doesn't light Lunos make you unkillable and has the first form advantage?"
They are equal. You can very well argue that light Lunos is better because of that unkillable aspect. I gave the bone to Dark Lunos as he better fits the methodology which prefers more offensive units that kill faster. There are almost no stages in the game where Dark Lunos' alternative in ditching KB for more damage actually cause losses. Additionally there are proven results of Dark Lunos working as well or better than light Lunos across the hardest stages and progression which I found to outweigh the first form advantage.
