Improve "Current Tier List" section by making icons clickable, redirecting user to miraheze wiki.
Adding pages for:
- - All Collab Banners
  - Ultra Form and Ultra Talent Investment Tier List
Adding "Community Tier Lists" section to link to other tier lists and ranking creators
Adding an "Early Game Tier List" to rank units pre-UL, accounting for investment and ease of usage
