“Why is non-UF Kasa Jizo one placement above Ushiwakamaru? Isn't the latter way stronger against Angels?”
Both cats delete angels, except Jizo offers more with an anti black niche and better general usage. Their overall functions and roles are also identical, spammable AOE attacker in first form and nuker in evolved. While it is true that Ushiwakamaru is a more broken anti angel, both cats will get the same result: angels die hard, while jizo also excels in other categories.
“Why is Momotaro so high? Isn't he a generic backliner?”
Momotaro seems to have very generic stats and even has pretty underpowered DPS, however he shines in the mid ranger meta due to his high HP, good survivability, and insanely broken mobility from his super cheap cost, high speed, and fast cooldown. These are qualities that make him not generic, and therefore powerful enough to be used even above traditional backliners such as Ururun. His procs are also very strong with almost 100% uptime which is benefitted from his quick attack rate and foreswing, adding further to his consistent build (besides the issue of speed clipping). Both freezing Red and Angel are good targets that go well with current non uber meta options such as Mushroom and Courier. Lastly, spammable form gives Momotaro even greater versatility.
"Why is Kachi Kachi so high? I thought he was a low ranking Ultra Soul?"
In the past, Kachi's survivability was a significant problem and weaken didn't have as great of an application with how the meta revolved around stacking. In the modern meta, there is more emphasis on singular tanky meatshields (like Ramen or Jetpack) and better chances to rush. Weaken became more significant with these factors, and Kachi's bulk further cemented himself in environments where piercing enemies exist. He also has very good damage if you fully max him out, stats being comparable if not better than Peach Devils.
"Why is Hanasaka bad?"
His melee tanking role against Angels and Zombies is outclassed by Ramen and Shigong. Hanasaka has bad freezes and horrid offense so there's no reason to use him instead of these meatshields. Even if you brought both together, Hanasaka won't contribute since the meatshields will be contributing all of the stalling.
